September feels like a fresh chapter—after the whirlwind of summer, life slows down and we can catch our breath. Sometimes that pause and transition can feel lonely or disorienting, but it can also be an invitation to reset, reflect, and find the people and places that make us feel most alive and grounded in who we are.
This fall, I encourage you to step into a community where you can be your most authentic self—and where conversations go deeper than small talk. For example, last month, I joined a weekly “reading club.”
Unlike a traditional book club, where everyone reads the same book, in a reading club, everyone brings their own book to read, and then we gather to share what we learned. It’s simple and magical.
To spark your own reflections and Big Talk, here are a few questions to carry with you and ask others:
Mind: What do you want to fill your mind with this fall? What’s a thought or worry you’d like to release like leaves falling from a tree?
Body: How do you want to move, strengthen, and celebrate your body as the seasons change?
Soul: What will you do to nourish your soul so it feels warm, grounded, and glowing?
