I hope you’re well. I wish you a New Year filled with meaningful connections! More than ever, I am aware that our relationships are the most important thing in life -
I want to share what’s happening in my Los Angeles community. The fires here have been devastating — thousands of homes lost, some of my favorite childhood places gone, and even locations where I’ve had Big Talk conversations are now reduced to ashes. My heart is with everyone affected.
To help, I’m working with GoFundMe to connect with fire victims and share their stories through my @makebigtalk social media accounts. Here’s Walt, whom I met yesterday, just a day after he lost everything in the Altadena (Eaton) fire. Click to see the video:
We have already raised $150k for Walt in just 12 hours. I am overwhelmed with gratitude, love, and faith in humanity. I will continue to connect with other fire victims to share their stories. Thank you for your support!
