I'm thankful that last night, before we went to sleep, T said: Let's say what we're we're thankful for. I'm thankful he laughed before he began because it reminded him of saying prayers as a child. I'm thankful he was thankful for his oldest coworker, who had a birthday yesterday and whose wife made carrot cake for the office. I'm thankful he was thankful to see how happy it made his coworker, and how that made him happy. I'm thankful he was thankful that someone is coming today to fix his sink. 

I'm thankful I was thankful a client was kind to me at work. I'm thankful I was thankful my creative director told me I deserve good things. I'm thankful that after I said this, T said: you do. I'm thankful that we said we're thankful for each other. I'm thankful to have fallen asleep shortly after, and I'm thankful that when I woke up we were still holding hands.
