making them, a skilled formalist

i'm thankful for jenn im, a vlogger who i really enjoy and think is skilled at making them, a skilled formalist who's great at finding the satisfying but efficient balance between talking heads and b-roll, the phased out chill-hop drops, and we've been watching her since before she got pregnant and then through her pregnancy and i saw on instagram that she had given birth and i wondered whether she would make a video of the birth story*, which i hoped she would but also didn't necessarily expect, it's a reasonable place for a person to draw a boundary (even if i don't believe in boundaries really myself) but then i was so excited when i saw there was a video today and we watched it after dinner and i think that it's very sweet and genuine and good (and extremely virgo according to d).
