i'm thankful for a nice pasta d and i made for lunch; a sauce from anchovies, shallots, garlic, tomato paste, some leftover cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes; a softening bundle of week-old asparagus cut into bite size pieces and roasted golden in the toaster oven; and pappardelle from trader joe's. i'm thankful that there is some left over for me to have for lunch tomorrow.
