i'm thankful for pen15 on hulu (trailer), which made me laugh more than any other comedy i've seen recently, thankful that though at the outset the conceit (two women in their twenties playing themselves when they were seventh graders in the year 2000) seemed like it might be too thin, or obvious, the writing and the performances by the two leads are executed at such a high level that you will grin and cringe and cringe and grin with delight and recognition.
