SurviveJS - Webpack and React - 2.0 Final

The long awaited 2.0 version of the webpack book has arrived View this email in your browser (|ARCHIVE|)

** SurviveJS – Webpack 2.0

** The journey was long but the paperback book is here at last

Releasing a paperback book is a special challenge always. It is even more so when your book ends up being close to 500 pages long.

This time around you’ll find a few more chapters. Especially the packaging and extending parts of the book received a lot of attention and you’ll find improvements across the book. Read the release notes (https://survivejs.com/blog/survivejs-webpack-20/) to learn more.

The biggest attraction of this release is the paperback version (https://www.amazon.com/dp/9526868803) . You can also find a reasonably priced Kindle edition (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XWZZGBS) . Given it won’t receive updates, it has been priced lower than the Leanpub edition (https://leanpub.com/survivejs-webpack) . If there is enough interest, I will do a signature edition (https://survivejs.typeform.com/to/LUQK0T) in hardcover and color.

Till the next time! I hope you enjoy the book. Thanks for tagging along and supporting the effort.

– Juho

PS. I interviewed Jorge Bucaran, the author of Hyperapp (https://survivejs.com/blog/hyperapp-interview/) , a light user interface library inspired by Elm.

PPS. I’ve been working on a series of slides (https://presentations.survivejs.com/#/2) based on the book content and there are certain surprises in store. :)
