I just published a new version of the book (http://survivejs.com/blog/survivejs-18/) . In addition to fixes on the current content, there are two new chapters to study. These are exclusive to Leanpub (https://leanpub.com/survivejs_webpack_react) and the community gets TLDR;s. The future will show how this works out.
