JavaScript is the yellow language in GitHub

Two weeks went fast. I put serious effort into upgrading my training material. Consider the following slide sets: * JavaScript in 2016 (http://survivejs.github.io/javascript-in-2016) * React in 2016 (http://survivejs.github.io/react-in-2016) * State Management in React (https://survivejs.github.io/state-management-in-react/)

The material will likely live as more training gigs appear and I understand the topic better.
