Inspired By #88
Hey everyone! Welcome to another issue of Inspired By, a monthly(-ish?) newsletter from your friendly neighborhood designer Jan-Paul. ✌🏻

🌎 A deep look into how Patagonia is redesigning retail
I loved seeing how the Experience Design team at Patagonia is working to empower and evolve their customers from consumers to conscious owners.
One of the concepts Levon Sharrow shared: when customers have multiple sizes of the same item in their cart, nudge them towards the Size & Fit guide to cut down on return-orders and help the planet. 🙌🏻
Tbh, the ”deep look” and “redesigning retail” is a bit exaggerated, but it was a nice talk nonetheless. I'll share a link to the talk when they send it.
