This newsletter is still called Jonah's Journal, but this time it'll be a place for me to explore ideas that will help myself and others navigate life with greater intention. I wrote that line as if I'm 100% sure I know what this newsletter will be about, but that's not really true. It might be better to think about this as "the newsletter about nothing" and be pleasantly surprised when you find something you resonate with. Either way, I'll share things like:
