How to climb your first 5.10 (or 5.11, or even 5.12)
Happy Friday!
Two things for you.
First, are you trying to reach a grade that you've not yet sent, but you really want to get there?
Today's article is targeted a bit towards beginner climbers, but the framework for improvement translates to all climbers. (Well, probably not professional climbers, but I don't know anything about how they improve. It looks like magic to me.)

Second, a question. What's your favorite book that you've read about improving at rock climbing? Or, maybe, a better question: "IF you've read a book about improving at rock climbing, did you like it? Did it work?"
I've got two favors to ask:
Thing #1: Read the article, and either leave a comment or reply to this email with your thoughts on the "goals" section. Specifically, how might you reward yourself for completing a goal?
Thing #2: Could you forward this to someone that you think might benefit from it? Anyone who has expressed an interest in rock climbing, even if they're not a hard-core climbing addict, could be a good fit.
Thanks!
-Josh
