[core training] never do another crunch again
Happy friday!
Two things for you:
First: I made a 90 second video covering a six-exercise progression on how to build incredible climbing specific core strength.
Second: That video happens to have me in it. (yikes!) I'm getting over my discomfort of being on video. There's no speaking in it, so pretend that you don't see my mouth moving.
Last week I asked about credibility. ("Am I more credible to you if I climb 5.13".) Everyone said no. Which is awesome. I still want 5.13, but that's just for me. I don't think anyone else will care.
Here is a link to this week's article: The only core exercise you'll ever need
I hate crunches, and I want you all to hate them too. Not because there's something wrong with them, but because you know exercises that are so much better.
I've got two favors to ask of you:
Thing #1: Read the article, watch the video, and tell me if you WILL try the exercises, or if you WILL NOT. If you won't, why not?
Thing #2: Forward this email to fellow climber. Just... click... that... button.

PS Is the video helpful? If you like it, let me know, and I'll make more (or less!)
