an email about climbing, not christmas.
Is your inbox full of stuff about christmas? Mine is. Enough of that.
This week's article is sort of a "part 2" to last week's core training post: http://www.climbersguide.co/core-strength-a-more-detailed-guide/
Last week you saw the progression from "easy" core training to pretty advanced core training.
I quickly realized I made two mistakes:
- I assumed everyone could do the easy part
- I didn't outline the steps BETWEEN the exercises
So, I fixed that. This week's post has two more really short videos (70 and 120 seconds) that explain:
- how to build the building blocks of core strength for climbing
- The progression from "hanging from a bar like a limp noodle" to "egg rolls and cool core stuff"
Could you do me two favors?
Thing #1: Read the article: Core strength: A more detailed guide
Thing #2: Tell me how much you train for climbing in a given month, and what that training looks like. (reply to this email or leave a comment on the post)
Thanks!
Until next week,
-Josh
PS Don't judge the messy basement! Kristi (my wife) and I are at her parent's house for the holidays.
