Grok Bot has been getting strong reviews for something that is not "clever chat." People are staffing roles with named agents - sales, support, ops, research - that keep working in real tools, hand work to each other, and update you from an app when you are away from your desk. A staff room, for a tiny fraction of what a human team costs.

I wrote about why that matters, and what comes after. The digital team has arrived. The body is next: humanoid robots put a version of that help into more ordinary lives. Jason Calacanis (All-In) had a private Optimus preview and called it bigger than the iPhone. You can disagree with the forecast. The shape of the change is already visible.

This is just the beginning. AI will be radically better in a year's time. When execution gets cheap, knowing what you are for - taste, trust, direction - gets harder and more useful.
