Tomorrow is the weekend

Tomorrow -- arbitrarily, Wednesday -- is the weekend.

I quit my job yesterday morning. An impromptu but overdue decision that I came to with my partner lying in bed on Sunday evening. The reason: Johnny.Decimal. This is now my job*.

Things happened quickly: it's Tuesday evening and I've been 'offboarded'. Laptops and badges are handed back. I'm free.

So then we thought, why are the weekends those two days? Who says so? We decided to see what happens if they're different.

Tomorrow is the weekend. We might climb the hill, and go for a bike ride around a suburb we haven't seen. The day after, we begin.
