Day 1: Arrive Kigali → transfer to Rwanda countryside → check-in → relaxation + briefing
Day 2: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park area → viewpoints + forest area time (optional) → lodge stay
Day 3: Rwanda gorilla trekking day (Volcanoes NP) → return to lodge → evening rest
Day 4: Scenic transfer day → nature stops and landscape viewpoints → lodge stay
Day 5: Cross/transfer into Uganda → arrive in the western safari region → check-in → evening relaxation

Day 6: Murchison Falls / northern corridor travel & stopovers (based on routing) → lodge stay
Day 7: Murchison Falls wildlife viewing + nature/river viewpoints → lodge stay
Day 8: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP → afternoon exploration → lodge stay
Day 9: Queen Elizabeth NP full day game viewing + scenic areas (Kasenyi area where scheduled) → lodge stay

Day 10: Transfer to Kibale Forest → forest setting + possible primate walk (where available) → lodge stay
Day 11: Chimpanzee tracking / forest primate experience (Kibale) → return → lodge stay
