Quinoa in the Po Valley

Hello

I booked a brief cycling holiday in the Po Valley with a friend. We stayed at an agriturismo based on a farm that -- entirely by chance -- happens to be home to Quin Italia, an enterprise that aims to be the first supply chain for certified organic quinoa grown in Italy.

Naturally I packed my microphone along with my cycling gear.
