The Man Who Tried to Feed the World is the title of a new TV documentary about Norman Borlaug, the plant breeder credited with launching the Green Revolution. I chatted to Rob Rapley — writer, director and producer of the film — about Borlaug’s unshakeable belief in technology and some of the more complex origins and consequences of Borlaug’s revolutionary mission.
