Arun Kapil first started selling spices from a farmers market stall in Cork, Ireland. That was about 15 years ago. This past month, Green Saffron, the company he started, opened a spice hub warehouse in Holland which, he says, will be landing about 200 tonnes of fresh spices from India, without compromising on quality.
Arun and I chatted about his journey, his own love for spices and how best to use them.
