Eat This Podcast: A Blissful Feast

Teresa Lust teaches Italian at the Rassias Center for World Languages of Dartmouth College in New Hampshire and is an acclaimed translator. A Blissful Feast begins with a trip she made to Italy to connect with her mother’s family. Their food triggered a succession of visits to her family in Piedmont as well as others further afield, in Maremma and Le Marche. Her stories of the people she met, the recipes they shared and the history of the food are full of delights.
