💌 Demo Days #2: Post Fantasy

Hi y'all!

Welcome to the second edition of demo days!

I'm keeping this one a bit short since I've been injured. Eek! The good news is it's been really turning around this week. :)

This demo started out as a song I thought I was going to throw away and ended up being one of my favorites so far! It’s a lot softer and sweeter than the other demos I’ve done so far.

💿 Here’s some ideas and thoughts for this one:

• Doubling it! Making it long so I can do a lot of flute live
• Adding a chorus part
• Flute harmonies
• Maybe adding a performance element live, possibly singing this tucked away in a fabric and then lifting it off and playing flute? Idk!

This demo started taking shape this past weekend, so super new and I want to jam on it some more!

🔮 Inspiration corner:

Moving my body, stretching, getting outside, dancing tbh! It's been a journey having an injury and moving around! Even though it's tough sometimes, it HELPS!!

Listening 2: This is a niche one... I've been following SuperBooth, a synth show in Berlin, and I'm listening to Berlin punk electronic band Nebel 3000. (I think they are playing there! Or maybe just attending, I saw their music on a story.) It matches the chaos vibes I've got going on with this injury lol.
