it's snowing for the first time this year in Burlington (and, I'm told, Vergennes). This time of year is my favorite- one major reason for that is the annual Radio Bean Birthday Bash. For those not in the know- the Radio Bean is a local bar/cafe/lamp shop/music hub that celebrates their birthday on the first Saturday of November with a marathon of musical performance. This year it runs from 10AM Saturday the 4th, to 2AM Sunday the 5th (which is also when we turn our clocks back- does this mean an extra-legal hour? I am never sure). Jo Bled will be performing at 10:15AM, and our compatriots the Professors of Mystery (no wave/post punk/noise) at 12:15PM. I have performed at many of these parties (13? 18? who knows?), and I always have a blast.

3 hOUr DruM:

Join me at 2:30p on Saturday, November 11 for 3 hOUr DruM. I will be playing drums and percussion items of all kinds for (get this) 3 hours. Joined at times by Scarlett Duncan, Benjamin Mayock and Sarah Braun Hamilton. Come and go as you please, bring the kiddos, queer & fat people to the front, accessible except for a real pain in the ass bathroom situation. more info here.
