2024 is going to be the year of the Compilation. I am committed to submitting tracks to any and all open-submission projects I find via the socials. So far I have recorded and released 1 3 4 6, Eclectic Medicine, Flying Ointment, Stars at Night That Sing & Lament for Nex Benedict* on various Bandcamp labels.

2024 (possible? maybe?) releases:

• I think I have a label for my album Settled in the Head -more info to come when its available.

• I have past recordings with Gahlord Dewald & Leilehua Lanzilotti that I hope see the light of day.

• On May 3, MuteAnt Sounds Netlabel is releasing -Soft Fascination-, a collection of 20 +/- 2 minute pieces I recorded this winter.

• Love Earth Music, the long-time label of New England noise legend Steve Davis is releasing Midnight Only, the self-titled collaboration between myself and RJ Myato. This is my first non- Jo Bled release since 2016, I am very excited. ffo loud noise/drums

Shows:

On Monday 3/18, I am returning for my yearly performance at Autumn Records in Winooski, VT, opening for the amazing Earth Tongues. I am premiering a work-in-progress version of my new long-form work "UFO Belief is a Modern Outlet for Ancient Spiritual Yearnings." In April, I am hosting two shows at the Community of Sound in Burlington (both featuring extremely talented and creative touring instrumentalists) as well as returning to Providence RI and debuting in Willimantic CT and Manchester NH. Reading:

Wishtree (my kid's school is doing this great project where all students & their families are reading the same book at the same time, and then responding to prompts meant to spark curiosity and conversation. It is a fun activity, and the book is wonderful- not your usual kids fare but more of a philosophical treatise wrapped up in a magical world where plants and animals can talk to humans but dont)
