Hello babe and happy Friday!

It’s been a busy week here in Jaq-land. I’ve started the final week of my current lifting cycle, which means heavy and high-volume lifts (which you can see on my IG or TT!). I’ve also been organizing upcoming collabs, applying to studios, and cat-sitting for a friend! One thing about me is I’m never bored. :P

Next week marks an exciting new development for me as well: my first Dutch lessons! I’m doing an intensive class, which is six hours a day for six days! Let’s goooo.
