Madisonian Mention: Braxton Maduka
Learn more about Braxton below!

“Hello everyone! My name is Braxton Maduka, and I’m a second-year student majoring in Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy and Social Relations & Policy! I actually discovered JMC through a Reddit post after being accepted to MSU, and I’m so glad that I did, as JMC has introduced me to incredible people. I spend a lot of time (for better or worse) in Case Hall. For the past two years, I’ve served as Treasurer of Case Hall Government, and this year I’m especially proud that we’re collaborating with JMC Senate, which I’m also a member of, to launch a Care Center for students. I’m also the Vice President of MSU College Democrats, and I encourage everyone to join our Tuesday meetings! Beyond campus, I serve as Deputy Communications Director for Michigan College Democrats, so you may have seen some of my work on Instagram. Additionally, I’m interning for Eli Savit’s Attorney General campaign and working as a Campaign Consulting Intern for Crane Consulting where I work with various local, state, judicial, and federal races. I stay pretty busy at times, but I love making an impact in the communities I’m a part of!”
