Michigan Farm Bureau Summer Internships
Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies provides three agriculture-related summer internship opportunities. Each position offers learning opportunities, networking and leadership-building skills:

Crane Consulting Internship Opportunities
Crane Consulting seeks both in-person and remote interns for winter and summer semester opportunities. Interns will help federal, state and local Democratic candidates in the state while learning best practices in field, finance and communications. Interns' tasks include donor research, social media, building for fundraisers, research projects, staffing candidates and more. Flint Study Away Internship Program
Looking for opportunities this summer? The Flint Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Flint area. Free housing at U-M Flint is offered as part of this program! Areas include:

2026 Govern For America Fellowship
Govern For America is looking for emerging public-service leaders to help build a government that better reflects and serves communities nationwide. Fellows work full-time in paid government roles, tackling issues like COVID-19 recovery, education access and justice reform while receiving training, mentorship and support from a national network. Placements span states such as Connecticut, Colorado, Maryland and Missouri. Open to individuals with an undergraduate degree by June 2026. Apply by Dec. 8. Learn more and apply via Gov For America.
Michigan Nonprofit Association: Community Impact Director

Roosevelt Network Undergraduate Fellowships

Hal and Jean Glassen Scholars Program
Are you interested in natural resources, conservation and public policy? Applications for the Hal and Jean Glassen Scholars program are now open! Students will be placed with a natural resource-related agency or organization in the Greater Lansing area while enrolled in ANR 491: Special Topics in Agriculture and Natural Resources. Undergraduate Research Ambassador
The Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity at MSU is excited to announce that they are accepting applications for 2026-2027 Undergraduate Research Ambassadors. Ambassadors facilitate workshops, assist at UURAF, and represent the Undergraduate Research Office at events and programs throughout the academic year. Apply by March 8. Phi Beta Kappa Public Service Scholarship
In recognition of the Society’s 250th anniversary in 2026, 20 undergraduate scholars will receive a $7,600 academic scholarship and participate in an educational conference experience that highlights pathways into local, state, and federal government work. This scholarship is open to current sophomores, juniors or seniors who will take courses in the next academic year. Membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Society is not required for this scholarship.
