Life in a Quiet Albanian Village
Despite what you may think from the temperatures outside, summer has basically finished in Pogradec. I've been house-sitting for about three weeks at this point (and still have about 6 left to go!) and things are moving along as I would have expected.
Friends that were here during early September have gone back home, and so my life has become much more solitary. I don't spend the evenings playing board games like I did a couple weeks ago. I'm not saying this as a bad thing, mostly just as a fact of life.
But all of this hasn't stopped the journey I've been on of trying to find beauty in the mundane. So I'm writing this to make you aware of the next video that I've just uploaded. While the last video was setting the scene of what I will be doing over these two months, this one dives a bit more into my thoughts while actually being in it.
