just another camping video
If you haven’t picked up on it by now, I like camping.
Not really sure when it started, but most likely late high school. I remember one particular trip that my friend, Ryan, and I went on out into the countryside of northern Idaho. We packed up my Jeep Cherokee with everything that we needed and drove to a friend’s house in Deary.
We spent some time there and then asked if they had any ideas for decent camping spots, and we were pointed just down the road to the end of a farmer’s field.
Typically, in Idaho, the farmers didn’t care if you camped on their land as long as you weren’t on top of their crops.
So we made a fire, cooked some food, and slept under a couple of ponderosa pines amidst small piles of snow that hadn’t yet melted away.
And since then, I’ve always enjoyed being out in nature.
Well, recently I had the opportunity to go river camping for the first time in… I don’t even know how long. And now you get to see the documentation of that.
