The Only Flowering Plant - Final Days!

A photograph of Navine raking seagrass across a tarpaulin to dry it out, with trees and the mountain of Oros in the background.

Dear Friends - Happy New Year.

I’m writing very briefly to remind you that our artists’ co-operative, Vessel, is in the last few days of our funding call for the Venice Biennial.

We’re busy collecting seagrass from the beaches and drying it out, digging raw clay in the forest, and preparing crates - as well as dealing with everyday and extraordinary life.

I know this is both a busy and sometimes difficult time of year, but anything you can spare to help would be hugely appreciated. (And if you have already - thank you!)

I hope your 2025 has started well, and all things continue to be well, and all manner of things shall be well 🙌

All best,

James
