A Torando
I haven’t sent y’all an update in a while. For brevity; I’ll make it into a bullet list for you.
- Because of sleep depreviation and a few other complicating factors, I missed my opporunity to hold a workshop at Afrotectopia.
- My site was down for more than 10 days due to some networking and DNS issues that took me too long to figure out. It’s only now acceptably resolvable at https://www.jacky.wtf/
- I missed all of my personal objectives during the month of February.
A lot of negatives, eh? They’re necessary to reset my navigational equipment. Some highlights follow
- I successfully held my first dinner house party with a turn out of exactly the predicted head count (I didn’t make enough food though).
- I got to explore a part of Queens I’ve never been to before.
I’ve worked on a new 30/60/90 plan for myself in life. It folds in a lot of stuff for work, health and everything in between.
Internet Things
Skip the following if DHCP or the Internet Protocol makes no sense to you.
My site’s up to par with the SSL/TLS Server test at an A+. I’m still finicky about stuff with my firewall for IPv6. I more or less broke it. I’ll work on fixing it since Docker is also out of commission with IPv6 support here too.
Continue on with non-heavy lingo.
I’ve been chatting with Iheanyi about the final touches i need to put on twch.at. It’s getting closer to completion. I also wanted to take this time to re-do black.af as part of a larger project I want to undertake this year. We’ll see. I’m all about the side project wave this year.
