What to do about systems that change over time

System Dynamics is a branch of study that focuses on how systems change over time.

When you start a process, you discover there's a better way, or you can cut some fluf, etc. Meaning, systems will always change and grow with the business.

We all go through this and there is no way we can know how the system will turn out to be in the future.

But, it is wise to study what kind of system created what kind of effects. To track that, all you really need is a snapshot of the system at that point of time and what kind of outcomes it produced.

Studying this over time reveals what has always worked and patterns for the future.
