There are no accidents
History repeats only if you allow it to
There can be no accidents if each use case is clearly systemised.
This is simply because of accidents keep repeating, we naturally update the systems to take care of them, ideally before the happen.
Th only cases in which this does not happen are when something completely new is being experienced, or when we refuse to learn from past experiences. The latter one is where we usually are.
So, are you willing to let accidents happen; or do you want to proactively reduce their possibility by designing better systems?
