The value of systems
How systems are a fundamental investment for your business
How much collective time, money and effort is spent on doing work that could be done better or easier or faster? Go on, take a rough guess & write it down. It’s a good exercise to put things in real perspective for you.
Even the rough guess is a big amount, isn’t it?
Additionally, how much of your time, money and effort is spent on things that someone else could do? What is the cost of lost opportunity to do the things that you are meant to do? The things that won’t move unless you get into it fully?
This is an unimaginable amount, isn’t it?
Anyway, put an approx number to it and add it to the previous number.
That is the tangible, monetary value of systems for you.
Now, what would you pay someone to give you the freedom to do what you are best at?
What would you pay someone who could take care of every activity in your business for you, be perfect at reporting, and be a guidance system for your people?
This is the cost of systems you are willing to give.
The good news is, there is someone who can do this for you!
Oh, you want a name, is it?
Well, the name of the only person who can do this for you is Systems
.
Just beware that there’s a tendency to get systems done for the cheapest. But this is one thing that you should not compromise on.
After all, the systems you create are the extent to which your business & your vision will work out in the real world.
I’m sure you wouldn’t want the cheapest food or healthcare, isn’t it? The same goes for systems.
Happy Systems to you 👍
