Another says you never raise up to your goals but always fall to your systems.
Even in your own experience you know this clearly isn't it? On a personal level we call this habits, but on an organisational level, we call it systems.
If this is so obvious, then why do we not do this? There are many reasons, from lack of knowledge to unwillingness.
But the root cause is that we don't really work towards systems. We do the work instead of systemising the work. Meaning, we're too busy doing the tasks to have any bandwith left for creating systems. Only when it becomes unavoidable we do it.
