Busting the myth of systems being only software
A system exists without hi-tech software too. If a sequence of steps lead to a repeatable result, it's a system. Chinese whispers is a wonderful system that works for the game — no software needed. So is all the equipment in a hospital — all part of a larger system.
It's useful to see things like this, because that means everything can become a better system. Meaning all the parts and people can be set to function in better and better ways.
