Why stability is not boring
Systems give you the stability needed to grow. However common-sensical this statement looks, business owners tend to do the opposite. They press the accelerator hard in hopes of handling it later — just before shit hits the ceiling; presumably.
When you have bitten off more than you can chew is when you need reliable systems most isn't it?
A reliable system means when you get caught up in a thousand new things, the rest of your business can still carry on, as usual.
