Navigating system changes
Whenever a new system is rolled out, there is a natural resistance to change. Unless the new system is an obvious improvement or requirement, they will take some time to see the outcome.
This is why, it is very important to set expectations. That means, you have to make the reasons clear beforehand.
This seems obvious, but this is exactly where misalignment usually happens. So, be prepared and clarify everytime, because this is ultimately your ticket to freedom!
