Remove Duplicates
Duplicate tasks are worse than duplicate data
We all know removing duplicates is necessary in data, but the same applies to systems.
What are the actions or tasks that need to be done more than required?
See if those could be reduced down to just once. For e.g., marking a task as done should be enough to inform everyone who needs to know about it.
Similarly, there are many things that are essentially duplicate activity. Try and make a list, I'm sure you'll start to see just how many there are!
It's best to systemize or automate as many of these as possible. The returns add up very fast.
