How curated experiences are a part of systems

When you don’t know what to do to make someone (or yourself) level up, just let them have the full experience.

For example, if you think this fellow is not getting it at all, give them the full experience by putting them in the situation and making them responsible for the results or consequences.

As they say, experience is the best teacher. But it’s important to always have a safety net and backup plan.
