How AI fits in

Systems are probably the only way we can effectively deliver knowledge and information exactly when it's required, with full context.

To understand this better, let's go back to a time much before books. Information was passed on largely verbally. Then came written mediums, like palm leaves. Then came the printing press which could easily replicate books. Meaning all the information that was siloed till now could potentially be distributed to everyone, without dilution.

Now, we have AI!

But, humour me for a bit — how is the AI to understand and know exactly how you go about things? How does it know your process, how does it have live information of activity? The only way to do this is through systems that it can read from!
