How to craft systems that deliver
Many times, when we want to explain how things worked out, we tend to use this phrase. It means that the results have come because of many things coming together in a complimentary way, either for good or bad.
Just like that, systems allow you to design the exact combination of things that will deliver the results you want. You can select what the individual parts of the system are, and how they relate to each other.
Some of them will be for hard data points, like sales figures, others will be more qualitative or subjective. But both are needed.
Interesting thing is, all of them just have to reflect reality accurately. The moment that happens clearly, you will see, it will give a whole different weight to your systems. It will actually feel like the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
