There was too much to do yesterday. In all the hustle bustle, I forgot to post the email that I'd fully written down also!

This is exactly how balls are dropped in the real world. They may not be critical, but over time you know they add up. After a couple of years you wouldn't want to feel “I should have done that”. That's called regret. Usually happens for the tiny things we didn't do, but should have.

This is where systems come in handy. The root of my mistake yesterday was just that I wrote it in my notes and it's very safely sitting there. I should have just written it as an email and directly sent it!

You see, less steps leads to less friction, faster action and smoother ops. A system helps you do this better and better over time.
