How hustling holds you back
It’s natural for us to think if we do more, we will get more. But thankfully, that’s not true.
Just imagine — you would have to pack your days to the brim. And still we all have only 24 hrs in a day.
Hustle does cannot hold; isn’t it?
The only way to get more from less is to create leverage. You know the feeling of not doing much, but you still get a lot done? That’s leverage. It can be created and crafted to your needs.
That means we either delegate things to others who can do it better than us, or divide it into smaller pieces, or automate it. Maybe even teach others to do it.
The only way for any of this to happen is systems. If you have people to manage, you will need systems. If you want to automate, obviously, it’s systems.
In case this is not making any sense; you need to hustle more. When you push yourself to your limits and beyond and watch your quality of work and life go down, is when you discover leverage and shortly after, systems.
