Why visibility is important

Systems are the only thing that will allow you to see and define how everything should work, in every single area of your business, all at the same time.

I'm not talking about complicated systems, because complexity reduces visibility.

Visibility is important because, if you could see the impact and results of your actions immediately, you would instantly be able to build an awesome business. I'm sure of it. Same applies to every person in your business for their work.

Why this doesn't happen is simply because we don't have a clear view of realtime happenings and all its implications.

So, systems are the next best thing that can give you this.
