How to install systems without fancy budgets
Everything has a price to be paid. So do systems. As we build our businesses, we often don't budget for systems unless it's un-avoidable. This is fine. But you have to keep in mind that not all costs are money based.
For example, there is a very real cost of changing habits to adopt new systems as you grow. You can align people and teams much before you actually get into fancy systems. Creating a culture that readily adopts better systems does not require money. But it has a huge value.
Many times there are simpler systems you can start using today, but we ignore them in hopes of bigger systems.
So, don’t wait for fancy budgets to get allocated. Start inculcating systems thinking into your business now.
