What we all want from business systems

Do your systems create ease or stress in your organisation? Stress means there's unnecessary friction. Ease is not exactly the opposite.

Ease means productivity is effortless and effective at the same time. If it was only effective, it could be chaotic too. But that is usually unsustainable. If everything is too easy, then also it does not work.

So, ease is like when you are on a bicycle and you feel so aligned, you can leave both your hands and have a good time. Or more!
