Death by a thousand cuts

How the little things hold us back

When work does not happen systematically, it leads to a lot of repeated activity that could have been avoided.

Imagine going through a long complex meeting, only to repeat the same the next time. Let's say, the third time few more people join, so everything repeats again. Feels inefficient, isn't it?

This is just an example. Just see how many meetings could just be either an email, or a status change in a dropdown. Like that, there are many other things in the way you do your work that could be easier, faster or clearer.

If those are not taken care of, isn't it killing your business by a thousand cuts every single day? Most of the time, if we are honest with ourselves, it’s just excuses holding us back from doing what’s needed. Death by a thousand buts huh :)

Just do a quick check and see for yourself!
