What to do if you don't have a system and don't know how to make one.

If you don't know where to start with systems, just write down steps of any task you need to do. Everytime you need to do that task again, just do it according to that list. It can be on a paper, or in the notes app on your phone.

Start with something that you always forget perhaps.

This will give you a good taste of systems. When you keep coming back to it, and it keeps helping you, you will wonder why you don't do it for everything already!
