How your systems approach work has a very direct correlation to the ambience and environment in your business.

For example, if you say you trust people, but the systems track every second of what they do, they will not really feel the trust. But, if you use the second to second level of tracking only for profit calculations and not tying the productivity noose around people's necks, then it might generate trust.

Same goes for everything. How your systems approach it sets everything from company culture to perceived brand and everything in between.
